ï¼·hat Did I Learn?
The importance of "control" when interacting with AI.
We provided users with "control" when interacting with AI, allowing them to edit the AI-generated content at any time.

ï¼·hat Did I Learn?
The importance of revealing "reference information."
When AI generates tasks, it is important to reveal the reference data, as this helps users feel more confident in the product during use.

ï¼·hat Did I Learn?
Using "surveys" to help users better understand the basis of decision-making.
Before users engage with a specific AI feature, using a quick survey not only helps them understand the basis of the decision-making but also helps build their sense of alignment and trust with the product.

ï¼·hat Did I Learn?
Using "defining the target" to set user expectations for interacting with AI.
Before AI automatically assigns tasks, allowing users to select the items for allocation not only gives them control but also helps align the expected outcomes.
